Asado - Château Capitoul in Narbonne

"High quality restaurant in a picturesque setting. The service was great, we enjoyed all the dishes, wines, and cocktails, and the views from the terrace were the cherry on top. (see pictures). Must try if you are in the region!"

"Generally a lovely, relaxed bistro, but I've knocked a couple of stars off because we go frequently and last week was an anniversary and they wouldn't serve me a big juicy steak. A wee wizened fillet or nothing. Given their bulging fridge, I suspect it was the ignorant server rather than the restaurant, so I have knocked two stars off service too. But sit out there on the terrace for a relaxed lunch and its heavenly and this was an isolated (i hope!) case out of a dozen visits. I shall go back and hope the idiot has been fired."

"Elegantly decorated restaurant, located amongst beautiful views. Professional and friendly service. It's a shame that we have to sit inside instead of the balcony due to a lot of mosquitoes outside but we cannot control nature, but at least we had a drink outside to enjoy the atmosphere. Foods and desserts are very delicious."

"Wonderful location, good service. Food was ok, not the best bbq food ever, but you have to go for the location! We probably did the mistake to eat meat, probably we should have gone with the dry aged turbot that seemed amazing! I will come back and give it another chance"

"Just a wonderful experience. The atmosphere elegant and charming in a fairytale setting. The menu offered many different interesting options and the culinary experience amazing. My husband and I had the duck breast. It was perfectly grilled and loved the way they served the veggies family style. Alos I need to mention the service which was excellent. We plan on going again in the very near future."
